LETTER FROM MANAGEMENT
Happy Thanksgiving!
This is our favorite time of year -- touring, record releases, fresh powder, and the snowboarding season on the horizon, and the opportunity to give thanks for all we're getting to do and share in this life...
As you know, Braddigan cancelled the fall tour because of scarring found on his vocal cords. A few weeks ago, he had a very successful surgery and is now well on the way to recovery. While he will be trying to be quiet (!) for the next few months, we've got a new live CD to tide your over through the holidays... and then yes, we've certainly got some surprises up our sleeves for the rescheduling of our Spring 2009 tour as well, so keep your ear to the ground :)
So without further ado, we are really excited to announce the release of Braddigan: Live At The Belly Up starting today on Third Surfer Music. Recorded live in June at the infamous venue near the San Diego beaches, the 12 tracks feature the full band (including drummer Paul Stivitts), a new song called Power of a Name, an 8 minute version of Ileana complete with the backstory, an epic drum jam at the end of Fallin', and an impromptu word from Braddigan that we're titling "where is poverty?"... So the music and the message are both pumping in this live recording, we hope you'll enjoy it!
Pre-order the CD!
shipping December 14
We hope you have a peaceful time of giving thanks, that you pick up a copy of the new record and play it loud, and that you are able to find plenty of time to play in the snow this winter.
Blessings and Happy Thanksgiving from all of us,
James Kenly, Horizons Management

Day of Light Movie
Love Light & Melody has finished editing its debut documentary film, Day of Light. Entering what appears to be a war-zone, La Chureca, is actually a trash dump in Nicaragua home to over 1,500 people. Walk alongside musician Braddigan from sunrise to sunset
as he is joined by hundreds of students, artists, athletes, and musicians as they break down emotional, physical, and cultural barriers, while reawakening the dreams, imagination, and hope of the people who live there.
Featuring music from Moby and Sufjan Stevens and a live mural by Kelli Murray, Austin Blasingame
, and Patrick Maxcy, the film is set to come out Spring 2009. In the meantime, check out the trailer, photography, and updates.
